Ingredients
Oatmeal = 2 Tablespoons
Sweet Almond oil = 1 Tablespoon
Lemon essential oil = 3 drops
Liquid honey = 1 Teaspoon
Instructions
Mix all ingredients to form a smooth paste.
Apply to hands and leave on for 1 hour.
Wash off and apply moisturizing cream.
